winchester 1400 eject problems

hello, i have a winchester 1400 mkll that im having problems with ejecting low brass shells, the gun is 2&3/4 and has been cleaned properly and perfectly, i know cause i did it myself. ive shot other 1400 which seem to have the same problem. does anyone know if this is inherent to this gun? seems to me that it is a flawed recoil spring design. springs seems to want to buckle up making it hard for low brass shells to drive the bolt back fully. does anyone know or could help, i would appeciate it, thanks

  THESE AREN'T MADE FOR THE REALY LOW BRASS (LOW POWERED)SHELLS, TRY A GOOD 3 1/4 DRAM 1 1/8 OZ LOAD. THIS IS A HANDICAP TRAP LOAD AND PROBABLY WILL WORK OK.

  I, too, cleaned my 1400 and have never had a problem, however, I traded for one that wouldn't eject. Try this if you haven't:
  The gas port holes in the barrel were not stopped up, but had powder residue built up in them. Take a drill bit, (1/8", I think) and turn in these holes with your fingers. It will cut the carbon out and Might solve your problem.
  Let me know if this works. If not, send it to me and I will junk it out.
