GECO

Have a .22 short youth style rifle found in the wall of an old house. It has GECO stamped on it along with ORIGINAL MODEL 1919. Anyone know anything about this piece and theoretical average price it is worth?

Thanks, can't find in any gun book.

    GECO was a trademark/tradename used by the Gustav Genschow Co. It was one of Germanys largest dealers in sporting firearms, ammunition, accessories etc. Although it manufactured some firearms, many others were provided by other manufacturers.

    Without quality photos, it would be hard to help you with your 22. Unless its in excellent original condition, doubtful if it would have much value.
