18 pound casingg 1916

Hi, I was trying to find some information on a casing from the Great war, I think it is an 18 pounder which I believe was retrieved from Turkey during the ANZAC campaign
Some of the markings are ALCO 1916 CF 18 PrI can send a photo if need be, Thanks JM

  Here is a excellent site from the UK. It's the best one that I'm aware of with data on various Cannon. It will take some digging, hopefully you will be able to find the information your looking for.

  JM, if you go to the site cited by Tailgunner, you should find a link to the Australian Cartridge Collectors Association as well.
