  No need to apologize.
  
  According to Steve Fjestad's "Blue Book of Gun Values", the retail "value" of a plain M586 is $370 in 100% condition. Since demand (i.e., willingness to pay extra) for "special editions" is just about non-existent, I think that I would use the $370 figure for it.
