Ruger P85?

I have a law enforcement trade in p85.
It is my understanding that these pistols were recalled for a safety modification ,,,,, something to do with the de-cocker.
My question is:
How can I tell if this modification has been performed on my pistol?

  Best way to tell is go to Ruger's web sight, type in the serial number, and that information should be in their on line data base of repaired firearms.
