star-b extraction problems

had 4 extraction problems,@ range,bought new mag,cut down problen grately,but 4 out of 60 rds. not exceptable,should it be replaced.
please email.

  It could be the ammo, but, I had a 9mm B a few years ago, bought new, and had enough of a similar problem with several different brands of ammo that I got rid of it.
