new semi auto

just got my class A and considering the purchase of a semi auto rifle...i was wondering what the best one to get would be out of the ptr-91, bushmaster m4, or fal type rifle...i was also looking at cetmes and l1a1s but i guess the cetmes can have some problems??? any suggestions?

  ptr-91 or bushmaster m4 Is the way to go

  Bushmaster. I prefer the M17 bullpup myself, but Bushmaster turns out some great guns.

  Welcome Matt. I am here in MA as well. I would suggest a Bushmaster, but don't know much about what you are shooting for. Plinking, target, etc. How do you do w/recoil? Lokking to shoot accurate or cheap?

  im looking for an accurate rifle, and most .223 and .308 ammo can be found as military surplus for cheap...i was gonna get 1 of those romanian wasrs but they dont have the accuracy im looking for...recoil is not a problem...i enjoy shooting 00 buck through my 18 inch pistol gripped 12 gauge [:D]

  IMHO ... "surplus" ammo and "accuracy" are mutually exclusive ...
