7.62 x 25mm - Stripper Clips ??
Recently bought some surplus 7.62x25mm FMJ ammo for my CZ-52 pistol. The ammo was on eight round stripper clips.
What make/models of rifle/smg/pistol ?? used these strippers.

Czech CZ/VZ Models 24 & 26 Submachine Guns. Use to be a lot of it around. Supposedly loaded hoter then other East Bloc 7.62 x 25 Ammo. Don't believe the strippers have any great value.

The 7.62x25 was first used in the '96 Mauser broomhandle pistol.
It was loaded via ten round stripper clips from a two clip leather belt pouch.
The Chinese continued to use these ten round stripper clip pouches with the Tokarev eight round pistol.0 -
I bought some of this ammo several years ago. It came in 40 round boxes. I have a 96 Mauser and I believe the strippers for it are thinner than the ones on the CZ ammo. I would be sure to only shoot it in the CZ52. It is definitely hotter than normal 7.62x25 ammo. I would not shoot it in a Tokerev. It also gave me a lot of misfire because of the harder primers. I had to hit a lot of it twice to get it to fire. 0 -
Hello, Yhe Mauser is 7.63 x 25 and the Tokarev is 7.62 x 25. There are other body dimensions that are also different.They are not the same cartridges but will usually fire in either one but they are not the same.
