XD Sub-compact

Does anyone know about this gun. I like it because it is so compact. But I don't want to go and spend the cash without knowing about it. Not just Spec sheets but real world experience. If anyone could enlighten me I would appreciate it.

  I shot an XD Compact while at a "Springfield Armory XD Pistol Match".
  
  I liked the gun for its ergo fit and pointability, but I just didn't care for its size, in relation to the many other compact 9mm/.40/.357 weapons on the market now.
  
  I really like the 5" Tactical models, enought so, that I bought one after the shooting event.

  Ugly, and the slide is too big, but they shoot good, and the 9mm subcompact that I shot was great. accuracy was good, and comfortable, and reliable.
