Bullpup stock legal confusion?
Does anyone know where I can check out the laws regarding bullpup stocks? I've checked state by state, but only california is crystal clear on the subject. I also noticed some restrictions in Canada.

As far as I know, the bullpup has to have an overall length of no less than 26 inches and a barrel no shorter than 16 inches (18 inches for shotguns).
Other than that, I think most states with restrictions will concentrate on the "evil" features like pistol grips, removable magazines, and flash hiders. If the bullpup manages to get by without any of the above, it should be okay.0 -

How many bullpup designs have you seen or heard about that do not have a pistol grip?
