Magazines
Does anyone know where to get magazines for the Tisas brand of pistols? Tisas is a Turkish company. There are a few pistols for sale here on GB- but no mags.

I am trying to find out if the magazines for the Remington Model 788 in 6MM are still being manufactured because i was at a gunshow and a person there was charging $120.00 for a Remington 788 6MM magazine 0 -
Remington stopped making the magazines for the M-788 in 6mm in 1986. The magazine body has a different configuration ( b=ribbs to hold cartridge and lightly longer. These magazines are highly sought after Prices are hovering around $85-120.00. Some say the 7mm-08 magzines can be modified (don't know how).
Remington also stopped making the rest of the M-788 magazines two years ago. We stocked up with over 100 magazines but those disappeared in six months. Since then, the $15.00 M-788 magazines have jumped to over $35-50.00, (depending on caliber).
These have been rumors, that someone will make magazines again. But..... will have to wait and see.
