What is the GunBroker position and legalities on an individual posting an M60 machine gun barrel and bipod on the auction?

fine. You can post the whole M60 if you want, so long as you don't offer to do anything illegal.

to clarify my previous post, by "anything illegal" I meant things like offering an off-paper machinegun sale, or selling a non-transferable machinegun to someone other then an FFL or law enforcement, etc.

There are a lot of semi-auto M60's out there that the barrel/bipod work on as well

With the recent news of an M-60 being stolen from a machine gun shoot, this is probably the wrong time to try to sell M-60 parts.

Save the seals-club a liberal instead.

Thanks to all for the replies. I have two of them and the cases to carry them in the field so I think the owners of the missing M60 will not look my way. I do appreciate the suggestion. Many thanks.
