Identify Italy replica similar to Colt 1860
Will appreciate help to identify Italy made"DART" revolver similar to Colt 1860, has brass receiver guard all one piece casting with steel barrel and clyinder, six rounds percussion. Your help will be appreciated as my knowledge on replicas is nil. jclane40@yahoo.com

Found the revolver to be a repro of Remington 1858 Army, but for some reson mfg. used a brass frame. All other features compare properly. Need now to find about Italy "DART".

Brass is a cheaper and easier Metal to work with than Steel...One of the reasons the Confedracy was making Hand Guns out of Brass....I've not seen anything concerning DART in any of my libruary or Database...What You have is a cheap reproduction.....Maybe worth a $100.00 if the condition is NRA 100%................
