Anyone know if I can buy one of these?
Are the restricted to LE/MIl?
Can I get it without the silencer, then get the silencer through a class 3 later?
Remington has a nice video on there website, I beleive it is an old american shooter clip.

the M24 or M24SWS (sniper weapon system)is simply a rem700 action with a Mike Rock 5r barrel and an HS Precision stock. These can be threaded or non-threaded by choice for use with a suppressor. You can maybe find an SWS somewhere for sale,..but it would be far cheaper to have one built.
Look up GAP (GA Precision) as George specializes in just such rifles and will be more than happy to do an outstanding job on whatever version you want. he also does the baked on Camo finishes over the entire rifle if you wish.
why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....
