What's it worth
I am looking at a Colt 1991A1 stainless compact model. Just wondering an aproximate value. stock condition extra magazine & shoulder holster.has a couple of light stains or rust in a couple of places..so much for that stainless thing! Haven't tried to clean it might just be chickin grease[:D]

It's difficult to guess the value of any Mixed Parts Mongrel. Both Para-Ord & Colt make good quality guns, but not a lot of guys are looking for a hybrid. My guess is that it would sell in the $300-400 range, but you might get lucky & find someone who really wants it.

Basically you have a Frankenstein parts gun, and will be worth no more than what the slide and frame would sell for as parts, and will be at the buyer/sellers discretion, something like that usually goes for 350.00 to 500.00 tops if everything was good and worked as you described in my neck of the woods 0 -
Thanks for the help. The guy I bought it from had it built to be a high capacity competition gun, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I've been toying with the idea of letting this one go and had almost no idea what it was worth. I can't decide if I want to sell it or install more visible sights. 0
