1870's drillings

I have a drillings that is much more ornate than any other I have ever been able to see online. It's 16x16 up top and 9.3x72 low. there are various belgian, german, poss other proofs stampedin the floor. do any of you have the wherewithall to give me a good idea what it's worth from pics? I will never sell it at any price, been around for a very long time...just want to insure it properly. thanks for any help...rlo
