Possible_Fraud?

Hello from Texas.
I'm a relative newbie with only a few purchases on gunbroker.

Recently, I ran into a somewhat unique pistol being sold as NIB. Then, reading the seller's past activity, I encountered an exact match that the seller PURCHASED as used only a few months earlier.

I'm interested in this pistol, but I'm afraid it's not being represented accurately.

The seller has not returned my e-mails.

Is this something I should stay away from?

Any advice from gunbroker veterans is greatly appreciated.

    Yes. Not responding to emails is a red flag. Also look at what others that have done business with the seller have said about their transactions.

    No feedback? Then stay away from the seller.

    Does sound a little fishy.

    What kind of feedback has he got?

    If it is in deed NiB,do you intend to shoot it?

    If you do plan on shootin' it,what difference would it make if the price is right?

    The seller's feedback is excellent. All may be just fine with this seller.

    However, I find it of interest that he purchased a somewhat unique pistol; then is selling an exact match for this unique pistol just a few months later.

    But your advice rings very true: "why hasn't he responded to e-mails?"

    I think I'll stay clear of this one and look for this pistol from another seller.
