Grades of Citori OUs

I see several grades of Citori shotguns for sale and I do not undersand the difference between grades. Any Browning experts out there?

    The Browning grades reflect the level of additional engraving and wood selection that is placed onto a shotgun. It has nothing to do with additional quality of fit and internal craftsmanship. All Browning Citori shotguns are built well. I have 4 Browning Citori OUs and 2 BSS and all are great shotguns. The main decision you will need to make is whether you like silver nitride or blue receivers and barrel length. I have both blue and silver, and they both have served me well. I prefer 28" barrels, but I also have 26" and 30" as well. Specialized trap and skeet guns will have raised ribs and ports and may be a little heavier so as to reduce felt recoil allowing you to get on target faster. Again I have both types and I have no complaints. If you are just getting into to shooting the Citori White Lightning with a 28" barrel will suit you well whether you are shooting clays or birds. Expect to pay about $1,500 for this shotgun. For the record, I love all my Browning OUs even though they are all made in Japan.

    Its engraving. Grade 6 has gold included, and grade 1 is standard engraving.

    Then you don't want to know about Midas or Pigeon Grade.
