Sheridan pellet gun owners... help..

picked up a blue streak and was wondering if anyone can tell em how many pumps to use for plinking, varmiting etc. dont want to damage the rifle because of ignorance or the kids thinking more is better. thanks in advance

  For cans i would say about 4 or 5 and for small varmint 8. Dont attempt to go past 8 or you could blow out your seals if i remmeber correctly from the owners manual. The Ssheridans are alot of fun and i hope you enjoy, i have ahd mine since 1979.

  I got one and 6 pumps is all it needs. great on creek rats and gophers.
