Bernadelli shotgun ?

I have a Bernadelli o/u 12 ga. (Skeet) shotgun in the shop that doubles every time (owner brought it in for this reson), I've shot the gun w/a primed case in the lower barrel and it it fired every time I fire the top barrel. I inspected the triggers/ sear/ change over block (single nonselective trigger) for damage/weak springs/ ect. and everthing looks and functions as it should when dry firing. anyone have and experience with these, or know were to ask?
