Ultradot

I was considering mounting an ultradot 30mm on my S&W 686 for hunting and target shooting.

Any opinions on them? Do they hold up well? Are the mounts decent? any problems?

  One of the most used brands in BULLS-EYE shooting LARRY'S guns is one of the best scorces . I would try the model with adjustable size dot I use mine as a sort of range finder if the large dot is not within the chest then the deer is too far away. They hold up great even slide mounted on a 45 where they get recoil in both directions.

  Had one mounted on a Fal,308cal and didnt have any trouble with around 200rds thru it.Mounted it on my 50cal Desert Eagle,then had second thoughts and took it off[:D] It seems to be a very well made scope.
