  I have a marlin 25n in like new condition. How much should I ask for it? I'm in N.C. if it matters.

  There's no way to predict. These rarely appear for sale, as few were made. But, not everything rare is valuable. All you can do is offer for a price you are willing to take, or list it at auction.
