A.S.M. ?

I was looking for info on A.S.M.
I just purchased a used 1851 colt(?) in .44 cal black powder and I haven't heard of this co.

Are the parts interchangeable with other makers?
I need the bbl wedge and screw for it.

EMf www.emf-company.com is one of the principal importers. I would contact them regarding parts and interchangeabilty. If they can't help you, perhaps Guns Parts Corp could?

IIRC,Armi san Marco is defunct.VTI has some parts for them.I believe that EMF is selling Pietta guns now.

Re: ASM/American Western Arms. They are still in business making SAA revolvers, but under the American Western Arms logo...I just talked to their Product Manager. They are located in Florida and have developed several new SAA revolvers called the Classic and Ultimate.
