  Yes, I do have a good idea... if it truely is "all original", it will be worth LOT$[:0][:)]. However, without either seeing it in person (or seeing several really good photos of it), exactly how much it is worth will be an unsolved mystery. The tang sight you are describing is a Lyman No. 1
