SKS Shipping Question

I have a rifle listed on Gunbroker and I have been told its a SKS and its illegal to ship to some states.......which states??? Any info. would be appreciated.

  I don't know about other states, but it is legal in California as long as it does not have a detachable magazine or a grenade launcher.

  As long as you are shipping it to an FFL, it doesn't matter. You can legally ship to an FFL anywhere in the US; he won't agree to accept it if he can't deliver it to his customer.
  
  Now, IF it is a C&R, & IF the buyer is a C&R holder, then you need to check the city/county/state in State Laws and Published Ordinances - Firearms (ATF P5300.5).
