Old colt 1911 question

Hello Ya'll
I picked up a old colt 1911 45 at a yard sale. Gun is blue with walnut grips with the raised diamonds around the screws. I would put the gun at about 75% to 80% percent. Serial number is c902xx. Could anyone tell me when this gun was made? Paid 100.00 american. Thankyou Beltfed

    The main spring housing piece on the gun is arched, serrated and appears was blued. It came with an extra one that is flat, smooth and with a nice patina. The whole gun has a nice patina finsish. Which is the orig.?
    Also the wood grips don't have the diamond shaped areas around the screws. Are these orig. or should they have the diamond shapes around the screws? Thanks

    Darn Good Buy...Believe it or not I used to own a Commercial Model...Serial Number C9028...Traded it off back about 20 years ago to a guy in Phoenix....Don't remember His name anymore....
