L1A1 - 20rd. Magazine - Price check ??

Need a price check:

L1A1 - 20 round magazine

Mint !! perfect condition
(ie - the mag was never in a weapon and/or handled. It was still in the original wrap - beautiful !! [:D]).

Not looking for a buyer (so no replies on that order, please !! [V]), just need a general price/collectable quote only.

    The mags for FAL type rifles are very inexpensive, like $6-10 each.

    If this is indeed an L1A1 magazine, identified by the large front tab and outside base attachment, than it is worth somewhat more that cowboy stated. He is correct for the metric magazines, but L1A1 magazines have been a bit harder to come by and usually command 2-4x the price of comparable metric mags. A lot depends on the need of the buyer and desperation of seller.

    metric would be $10-15 NIW, Inch mags with the welded on front lug are in the $25 -$30 range NIW

    NIW and inch are worth more, but you have to find the right person to buy them. I but a bunch 5 years ago (yes I know price changes) but I paid $10 each. Then I bought a bunch of used ones a couple of years ago for $4 each. Yes they are all inch mags. For what you are looking for I would say currently about $25 would be close. Just remember it all depends on supply and demand. At one time G3/HK91 mags were $50 now you can get them as cheep as $5, even durring the ban.

    I was was thinking the mag was worth $ 25-30 price range.

    Took the L1A1 (Canadian mfg) to a large gunshow over the weekend. Several vendors there priced it more like $ 35.00 (ie - mint condition, wrap and box dated 1958). But also stated it's a buyer's market !!
