Any opinions about this rimfire would be appreciate. Is it a good gun for targeting? Hunting? Thank you.

Hey, Breech, I have virtually the same gun only in .17HMR 8 3/8" bbl.; the model 17SS. I like mine for target and plinking; haven't done any actually hunting with it yet. Seriously considering mounting a scope on it and trying my hand at some squirrels. [:)][^]
