Holster Size

I'm looking into purchasing an Uncle Mike's vertical shoulder holster. Their sizing info is crap, they say their #5 holster fits Glock 17 & Sig P220 and the #15 holster fits Glock 19, Ruger P90. I have an H&K full-sized USP. Any thoughts on which size holster would be best? I'm not familiar with the size of the Glocks, Sigs and Rugers.

    This issue comes up here from time to time and there's really nothing better than taking your piece down to a local gunshop or to the next gun show that comes to town and matching it to a holster in person.

    Or, if you don't want to bring your own, ask the shop owner to match'em up while you approve or veto. At a show, go to the holster table(s) and offer to leave a "deposit" while you take a few over to the H&K tables to try them out.

    All of these methods have worked for me in the past--I've never trusted anyone's sizing info to order one from a catalog or over the web. JMHO. [:)][:I]

    When buying a holster and/or grips - Take the gun with you !!

    Can't tell you how many customers I've dealt with that didn't know the Make, Model and other basic specifics of the weapon that they were trying to buy somthing for.
