New Barrel for Browning A-5?

Hi Folks,
I have a older Browning that I would like to take out duck and goose hunting this fall and was wondering is their any place that I can buy a new barrel, so that steel shot can be used in it.Thank for any info. Karl

  Since A-5 barrels are around $300. plus or minus $100. you might want to look into other shells than steel. Such as Bismuth, Tungsten/Matrix, and I believe Kent Shotgun shells now have an alternative too. Kind of depends on how much shooting you plan to do with your gun. I've been using bismuth since 1996, not only in my older guns, but as my primary load for waterfowl.

  Thanks for your reply.I think I might look in to the Bismuth for the amount of ducks and geese I get a shot at it seems to be the most economical.
