movie gun question

don't know if this belongs here or in the general discusion section but here we go.

has anyone out there seen the movie crossfire trail with tom sellack?
in this movie which takes place in the old west (no dates given) there is a "hired Gun" sent to kill tom selacks character. he uses on a number of ocasions a scoped rifle. it is bolt action, loads underneath the receiver(like a shotgun) and has a tubular magazine. apeared to take a centerfire cartridge. and had a long tubeular scope on it

anyone seen this movie and have any idea what this firearm is.

    thanks for the info gents. i found one in a gun prices catalog and a number of other places. it is def an interesting piece of weapons tech
