  Not to me. And, apparently not to anyone else, either. If it were really an "estate sale", he'd start it at $100.
  
  The Victor is REALLY heavy. A gun in .22 short is a specialized competition gun; for most shooting I think you'd rather have a gun capable of shooting .22 LR. Not collectible, as it is a Mixed Parts Mongrel.

  Paul, Duckhunter is right a Ruger is what you should get they are highly accurate and cheap. I bought a Ruger 22/45 with a 5.5" bull barrel and it is a fantastically accurate pistol, real reliable and fun to shoot. I think I paid $190 somethin' plus $20 ship, plus $20 for my FFL so out the door and to my house it was $238.00 ( bought it from Budsgunshop.com ).[;)]
