Winchester Mod. 94 Commemorative

Help. I am serving in Iraq with the U.S. Army. My birthday was yesterday and my wife bought me a Mod. 94 Comm., actually she put it on layaway at the shop. All I know about it is that it is #31 of 300. It has a buffalo and a Sioux indian on the 14k gold with silver inlayed receiver. It says something like "Great American Buffalo" on the barrel I believe. I know this is not much information, but i cannot look at it myself and she doesnt know much about guns. She just saw it and new I would like it. I have scoured the internet for the last day and a half trying to find it but cannot. I thought she was describing the Sioux Commemorative but i sent her a picture of it and she said that it was not it. I would like any info on it that i could get and would like to know around what it is worth. I would also like to see a picture of one so if anyone knows a site that has one Please let me know. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Without more info and a pic it sounds as if this is one of the "America Remembers" commerative. Try their web page. Good luck and thanks for your service.

    thanks, I tried the America Remembers just now and they do have an "American Buffalo" commemorative, but it is a model 66. This one is a 94. I'm trying to get some pictures sent from my wife and then maybe it will be easier to find info.
