LeFaucheux Brevete pinfire pistol

Gentlemen:
I found many of these pistol's online but none of them have a bayonet attatched to it like mine. oOn the bottom of the ejector housing is the # 272586 . Can anyone ID this thing ?

  Pin-fire revolvers made by Eugene Lefaucheux were made as early as the 1840's. The ones made with either a folding or fixed knife blade are known as combination guns and fall into the catagory of Firearms Curiosa.
  
  Since Lefaucheux was the originator and probably the most famous maker of Pin-fire revolvers, your combination revolver would probably have substantial collectors intrest. The most important factors regarding the value would be that it's factory original, very good condition or better, and it's NOT a Belgian or Spanish Knock-Off.
