extractor OK for P14 in 416 Rigby?

Is the stock P14 extractor adequate for a 416 Rigby? The P14 extractor has some cutouts to the sides that reduce the gripping circumference (the P17 is worse). Will the normal military extractor work (once I redo radius for 416 rim), or will I need to get a custom extractor with the full circumference? I need extraction to be bombproof on this gun (don't want to get stomped!) thanks

  The P14/17 extractor is more than adequate for the 416 Rigby. The operating pressure of the 416 Rigby is about 47,000 PSI and I've put cartridges such as the 460 Weatherby on the same receiver with the same extractor and they have functioned just fine.
  
  Check out the website for A-Square and look at what they chamber on the same receiver, you'll get a 'kick' out of this!
