Stevens 75 same as Savage 29??
Anyone know if these are substantially the same? Maybe even identical? If not, what the differences are? TIA, Jerry

I don't think the Visible Loader and the 29 interchange...I'm not sure how similar they are for that matter. As I recall, the visible loader is built using a variation and leftover recievers from the 44/44 1/2/ Favorite series and is not even the same shape as the 29. That makes me think perhaps I am thinking of the wrong guns. You are talking abouth the little 22 pump guns, right?

Well, wrong again. Just checked out a few auctions, and I was thinking of the model 70, not the 75. Sorry for the confusuion.
