I would like to find out some imformtion on the 22cal H. M. Quacke N Bush rifle made in Herkimer NY USA that I have. Can't seem to find anything on it myself. Thanks---Dale

H.M. Quackenbush made both air rifles and .22 caliber "Boy's Rifles" between about 1886 and the early 1930's. These were very inexpensive rifles when new, but few of them have survived and they are very collectable now.
The .22s were single-shot, "side swing" rifles chambered for .22 short or .22 long.
If your Quackenbush has an 18" barrel and a wooden stock, it's a "Quackenbush Safety Cartridge Rifle". Value:

Fair - $200
If it's as above but has a skeleton stock, it's a "Quackenbush Junior Safety Rifle". Value:
