Knowledge on a 375 Brooks

A guy I know offered to sell me a 375 Brooks built on a interarms mark 10 reciever douglas barrel assembled locally buy a good smith I know anybody know anything about this round I had never heard of it how does it rate in power where did it come from thanks for any help in advance Meat

  I have the information on my auxiliary hard drive and I'll be dipped if I can find it today! I can't seem to locate much it seems today...
  
  If I can make a suggestion, borrow a piece of brass from the guy who owns the rifle and measure it. Post the measurements and a description of the case and I'll see what I or any of the other members can come up with. It shouldn't be hard with that information. A digital photo would be superb, of course.
  
  Also, try to get in touch with the gunsmith that did the job for the other guy and have him tell you what it is.
  
  If none of these alternatives were available, the solution would be to get some Cerrosafe from Brownells and cast the chamber and measure the casting. But, let's try the one of the two above first.
