date for ithaca 16 ga. sxs
i have an ithaca 16 gauge double with 30" damascus barrels.the serial# is 149465. this # falls between the crass and flues manufacturing dates given in the 25th edition blue book. can anyone tell me a definite year on this gun and if it is a crass,flues, or what? thank you

According to what I find in the available references, you have a Lewis Model that was manufactured in late 1906 or early 1907. The Lewis was a short-lived model that was produced after the Crass, byut before the Flues.
