Universal 256 Ferret
Is there any special value to these carbines? I have a lead on one but haven't been able to view it yet.

According to my reference they havn't been made for over 30 years. It, to the best of my knowledge was the only semi-auto firearm ever chambered for the 256 Winchester Cartridge.
Even in light of the above, the price guides I've consulted value the Ferret the same as the rest of the Universal M 1 Carbine knock-offs, $250 - $350 depending on condition.
