High Standard/ Dan Wesson

Does anyone know if the parts for the High Standard Sentinel MK II
will work in the DW Model 12 and vice versa?The Sentinel was made by Dan Wesson and I wondered

    Are you referring to the .357 revolver? I thought that was a D.W. I know the .22l.r. revolver isn't.

    dan wesson 'designed it.' hi standard built and qa'ed it. the dan wesson is actually a better gun. parts are not interchangable. (20% business pat. mfg rule.)

    Some internal parts will interchage on the 'double action' revolvers (.38/.357) the barrel shroud (dog leg style) has to be the same. The 14-2 and 15-2 they changed, NO dog leg and the yoke retainer clip in now 'internal'.

    though the gun was made under the 20% rule, finding out what parts will be the 20% are going to be the challenge. good luck! let us know how it turns out.
