Value of 7.62x39 RASHEED?

I have a 7.62x39 RASHEED rifle made in the UAR. It is in good condition, excellent for a surplus rifle, and it has the bayonet attached. It does have import markings under the bayonet on the barrel. Any ideas as to a rough ball park value and are they in demand as to collectors? Thanks for any info.

Education is nothing if common sense and manners are not in the curriculum!

    Is that the Hakim's little brother? I've seen one on auction, with a Hakim and for a ridiculous starting price for the pair.

    Ran into one a couple of weeks ago. Guy had a bunch of Military rifles for sale. I looked at the Rashid really close, it appeared to be in very good to excellent original condition. Believe he was asking between $400/$450 for it. Although I was sorely tempted, I let it pass. It was still there, when I left.

    Doesn't even have the bayonet, and it sold for $500! I guess I droped the ball on the one I saw, couple weeks back.

    Thanks for the info. I did a search on GB and found 2 on auction. The one at $500 with no bayonet and one just starting with a bayonet. I have one and was just wondering as to price and if people are buying them. My search and your info answered both questions. At $500 I might let mine go, when they were imported they were fairly cheap!
