  I guess I'll have to answer my own question. I discovered that the Sabre brand is made in Turkey. You can buy them through www.MitchellSales.com at $500.

  I can't give you an answer. I just noticed Michell selling those when my cousin got a letter giving him a discount because he bought one of the 'collector grade M48 Mausers' from them.
  
  I know I could buy other shotguns of the same type action for less than $ 500.00 and know what I was getting.
  
  So, either NOBODY around here has bought one, or nobody wants to talk about it....either way that is not great news. Unless the Sabre is a very finely kept secret.
  
  If we do not hang together,
  We will most certainly hang separately.
