Olympic Greek 30-06 Ammo

Does anyone here have any experience with this ammo? $219 for 800 rds.For general plinking.
I am thinking about getting the new Springfield M-1 Garand and pricing the ammo.It will not be used for any competion but will probably reload to find a nice load for it.


Also anyone have experience with Argentine 308 ammo listed as no-corrosive berdan primed?

  Guess I just dont understand your thinking. CMP is selling 960 rds G.I.
  M-2 ball ammo (30-06) which is boxer primed (reloadable) Lake City non-corrosive ammo for $192.00. I bought a case lately and just checked and it is still available.

  You are right. I looked at the CMP site after my original post. All I need to do is join the Garand Collectors Association for club affiliation.

  dg101win, I'd suggest buying an M1 from the CMP also. You can buy two for less than you'd pay for one of those 'new' ones.
  
  I've bought 3 from the CMP, and wouldn't trade any of them for one a 'new' one.
