Suomi Drum Conversions to M11/9, etc
Wondering if anyone has seen the Suomi drum conversions to things like the M11/9 since the ban was lifted? Anyone doing this mod again?

I'll have to dig around I recently saw the website of someone making them. Also had them for the Tec 9 and Glock.

I think they are out of stock, but if you are interested, give em a call and see if you can't send them Suomi drums to have them converted.

check feedback on them first!!!! not on the sellers, but the drums they manufacture as I have heard many problems exist...0 -
Good Grief, there are a few things I like about the M11, but some people go overboard on the upgrades. Spending hunbreds of dollars to upgrade a gun whose one (of few) great features is being inexpensive seems to defeat the purpose. I'm thinking a 100 round drum for a Phoenix or Raven 25 auto might actually sell.
Before anyone asks what good features an M11 has, I'd say:
1. Cheap
2. Simple
3. Reliable
4. Will shoot full blown SMG or carbine ammo
5. Is great for bump firing!!!
6. Looks impressive (wife says, "that's art")
7.-12, Repeat first 6.
Everyone knows the drawbacks. I won't list them.

youknow what's pretty funny? My semi would bump fire an entire mag without a problem... but my SMG rarely got thru a mag without a jam!!!!!!! Both were Cobrays... 0
