Need Antique Revolver Info

Picked up at an estate auction a nice Stainless Steel 22 cal spur trigger revolver. The gun says CZAR Mfg. 1879. Also a T&R logo is on the hard rubber grips. Anybody know who made the gun?

  My reference shows that the grip marking "T & R" was used by the firm of Turner and Ross of Boston MA. Likely they were the retailers, as my reference shows that "Suicide Special" revolvers using the Czar name were made both Hopkins & Allen and the Hood Firearms Co. both located in Norwich Connecticut.
  
  Since the revolver dates to the 1870's it wasn't made of stainless steel. It's either nickel plated or it's been polished bright.
