where can i find these bullets??
ive been looking for the following bullets, and have had no luck:
Nosler partition & accu-bond
scirocco
barnes x
all in .300 mag
ive found places that sell the actual bullet itself, like what you would need for reloading (which i dont) but nowhere that sells the bullet, casing, powder, primer...the whole sha-bang. ive tried to local gun stores, gander mtn, wally world, fleet farm, and sportsmans warehouse, etc etc
any help/input/advice is greatly appreciated. thanks!!

Check out the FEDERAL line of PREMIUM ammo I know at one time they had loading with nosler I bought a case in 243,25-06 and 30-06. 0 -
That's exactly why we reload. Factories/corporations decide what we need to shoot in what calibers and what loads in what calibers. By reloading we tell the market what is really hot, not vice-versa. On average for all the calibers I own I am only happy with about 10% of the ammunition out there for sale to us....and 50% of that is milsurp!
My suggestion is find a reloader in your area and get them to load up some rounds for you(some kind of payback involved here). If they don't have the dies(they may not want to adjust them for your rifle either) you might purchase them for them to use. Anyhow I did that for several people once I had been reloading for a few years.

I've been reloading for 30 years, and you are correct...There are things you can get by reloading that you can never get with factory ammo. And everyone enjoys sharing their success.
Let someone use your reloading gear....Pass on your findings...BUT
If someone has your handloads in his pocket, and anything,
just a n y t h i n g goes wrong and they have a firearm mishap, their wife/mom/dad/sis/etc that just loves you to death will change before your eyes. It will not matter a grain of bullseye that the loads were not at fault. When the lyers get through with you, you will not have a crimp to cry on.
Man falls, plugs barrel, fires later and bursts barrel -loads did it.
Man does improper assembly, bolt/reciever part ways -loads did it.

Even if you could clear yourself, by then you couldn't buy a primer with your pocketbook .

Nosler is bringing out their own line of ammo this year. Maybe they would have what you want in their brand.

There are several custom ammunition makers around. I know Jarrett Rifles is making ammo now and I've seen a couple of others mentioned in hunting magazines but do not recall the names. This option is usually big bucks. I know that Federal loads the 165, 180, 200gr Partition, 180gr Accubond, and 180gr Barnes triple shock. Remington loads the 180gr Scirocco and 200gr A-frame. I would real surprised of these couldn't be ordered from Cabelas or even from a local sporting goods store. Ammo can be shipped as long as it is marked properly. Links provided.

I get a real good Catalog from Cabela's its called their Shooting Catalog, has ammo and reloading stuff, scopes etc.
It has a comprehensive line up of ammo from lots of suppliers, I'm pretty suresome of the premium Remington ammo and Federal ammo has some of the bullets you're asking about. Look at Winchesters line of Fail Safe and Ballistic Silvertip's too which are made with Noslers and Win combined Technology.[;)]0 -
See if you can look at Cabellas. Some of the varmint "bulk packs" can be had in Nosler. Never looked to see if they had it in larger cals. Alos might try calling Black Hills. They sometimes have custom loads. 0 -

Save your brass! I'll reload for twice what it costs me. In premium ammo that will still be about 1/2 of what you will pay in a store. In bulk, less expensive stuff it is about $2-5 savings. www.midway.com has about as good a line up of ammunition as I can find. www.natchez.com is not bad either. You want cartridges, not bullets. 0
