Parts for Erma EG-721 Wagonmaster .22rf???

Hopefully someone can tell me the best place to look for parts for this little .22rf knock-off of the Winchester 94. Anyone know who's the BEST prospect?

  When Erma went out of business in the late 90's, it's my understanding that the Henry Repeating Arms Co., located in N.Y. bought their tooling. It might be possible to use the parts from the currently manufactured Henry rifles to repair the Erma, depending on the specific part of course? It's a long shot, but if you can't get parts anyplace else, it would be worth a try?
