4.5x14x Leupold --"discontinued?"

Is this scope in 40mm obj with AO now discontinued? whats a good one worth. thanx in advance. ps gloss finish

  This year Leupold made changes/shook-up their line, I believe the 4.5-14X40 is one of the offerings that WAS dropped. I'm not absolutely sure, though. Also, I think the 4.5-14 is NOW offered in the 50mm A.O.
  At any rate, check their website, or drop by the local gunshop and pick up THIS YEAR'S catalog, to be sure! Value/price/worth would depend on condition, etc

  Just sold a VX-III 4.5-14x40mm last month and the 2005 Leupold catalog shows that model and the VX-IIIx40mm Long Range still in production.

  The 40mm in gloss was dropped but is available in 50mm gloss or 40mm matte. In excellent condition I would say $350-$375.
