firearms from Canada

I am looking into buying a deceased persons whole collection.The person lived in Canada. I have checked out the atf website (very vague).I am wondering if anyone has imported firearms, powder,ammunition,reloading Equip...... Any advice on how to pursue this. The atf field agent hasn't returned my call yet, but I want to be as ready as possible with any info ideas someone might have.I live in Wash. state. Thanks
